About
Originally from France, Laura has worked as a dancer and a choreographer for ten years, specialising in contemporary dance and partner acrobatics. She trained with Jasmin Vardimon 2 in 2017. Laura currently works with Van Huynh Dance Company and Etta Ermini Dance Theatre in London and co-founded Hardly Lucky Dance Theatre.
She taught and performed in France, the UK and also in India, New Caledonia, Vietnam, Spain and Italy.
She fell in love with yoga and acro-yoga in Bali in 2005 and practiced yoga alongside her dancing since then, to increase flexibility and to restore her body from several injuries. The immediate and long term effects on both her mind and body encouraged her to complete her 200 hrs Yoga Alliance Accredited teacher training with Yoga Course.

Online Yoga
Yin, Vinyasa Flow & Mindful Flow. These classes are open to all, medium paced, restorative and will awaken all the little muscles in your body.
They offer the opportunity for each practitioner to turn inward and nurture the calm within their mind and body.
Allow yourself to melt away, let the music transport you and enter a deep state of awakening.

HLDT also taught online class via Zoom during lockdown fo free in support to teh dance community.
As a result of COVID-19, as for most full time dancers, Laura has been teaching online classes as an alternative to live performing - Staying connected through the arts, support and creativity are crucial in these times. Here is an extract of 8 weeks course with the students.

Laura is a beautiful talented dancer and got the boys in the party mood. All the guests really enjoyed her performance. She also performed a special dance for a Bollywood song at extra time. Although it was only for 20 min with different costumes, it was the highlight of the party. I must mention she was punctual and elegant. I highly recommend her.

Laura is a beautiful, inspirational dancer. Laura incorporated a piece of music I had chosen into her choreography which made the performance extra special. Contact leading up to the event was excellent. L arrived to the venue at the agreed time. The feedback from my guests has been nothing but positive. Don't hesitate to book her.

Amazing performance by Laura and her dancers, both at our two Christmas parties. Laura offered great ideas on the dances, as our parties were different venues and expectations, and on each occasion we were treated to a wonderful performance. Everyone is still talking about it in the office and looking forward to next year! I would highly recommend Laura + her team!
